Students racing model solar cars.Junior Solar Sprint
The Junior Solar Sprint (JSS) is a program that challenges students to design, build and race model-sized, solar-powered vehicles. Learn strategies that veteran JSS teachers and mentors have used over the years to create winning teams. All participants receive materials and have access to hands-on equipment for use in their classrooms. In service credits are available.

The HoH program challenges students to design, build and race model-sized, fuel cell-powered vehicles. Learn strategies that veteran HoH teachers and mentors have used over the years to create winning fuel cell vehicles. All participants receive materials and have access to hands-on equipment for use in their classrooms. In service credits are available.

Our Hydrogen Future covers the historical aspects of hydrogen, safety, basic properties and emerging technologies. Facilitators model an inquiry-based approach to learning. All participants receive materials and access to hands-on equipment for use in their classrooms. In service credits are available.

This six hour workshop sponsored by Bright House Networks provides teachers with hands-on experiences and tools to implement solar cooker design projects in their own classrooms. Workshops attendance is limited to two teachers per school and each participant receives a $50 stipend. Lunch is provided.
