Picture of PV System. A 3.6-kW PV array comprised of 36 Astropower AP-100 modules has been installed on a section of the south facing roof. The PV system uses 3 AES GC-100 utility-interactive inverters. Excess electrical energy flows back to the utility grid.

The array was attached to the roof using a series of mounts and rails that result in a secure connection to the roof structure. The modules are mounted on composition shingles and have a standoff distance of pproximately 2 inches. Concrete roof tile is being applied around the modules to provide a skylight-like appearance.
