Requires high school diploma and six years appropriate experience. Appropriate college or vocational training may substitute for experience. Job includes shipping, receiving and property management. Business Affairs Division Openings:

Office Manager
The Office Manager position is primarily responsible for personnel and payroll actions, assisting new employees with payroll sign-in, providing pay and benefits information and acting as liaison with UCF Human Resources on related issues, updates the Business Office personnel database, and related duties. This position is also responsible for coordinating switchboard relief, acts as FSEC Records Manager for personnel and contract & grant files, and performs myriad other administrative tasks.

Solar Division Openings:

The Florida Solar Energy Center (FSEC) at the University of Central Florida (UCF) invites applications for several solar research engineering positions (possibly two Senior Solar Research Engineers and two Solar Research Engineers) in its Solar Energy Division. The Solar Energy Division has approximately 30 employees and 25 externally funded projects in research and testing, education and training, and laboratory and field experiments.

Senior Solar Research Engineer
Requirements for this regular faculty position include an M.S. in Electrical, Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or other appropriate engineering discipline from an accredited institution and a minimum of three years experience in the analysis, design, testing and evaluation of Solar Photovoltaic and/or Solar Thermal Systems.
