The new solar thermal standards outlined below will represent a substantial enhancement of the existing Florida solar thermal
standards, which incorporates many of the minimum requirements
of national and international solar thermal standards into FSEC's

FSEC Fees

Operation of the Solar Thermal Collector Certification Program
This document describes the FSEC operational procedures where solar thermal collectors are rated for performance, examined for compliance to minimum standards, and approved to bear a label of certification from the Florida Solar Energy Center.

FSEC Standard 102-05
Test Methods & Minimum Standards for Certifying Solar Thermal Collectors
This document describes the test methods used to determine the performance of solar thermal collectors and the test methods used to determine their durability. It also contains the minimum standards that these collectors must meet in order to be certified by FSEC.
