Note 4: This collector is conditionally certified. The purpose of the conditional certification tests is to verify initial quality of construction only. The resulting conditional certification is not a guarantee of long term durability. Full scale testing and evaluation are to be completed within one year from the date of conditional certification. Conditional certification expires Decemberf 31, 2008.

The flow rate through a solar collector affects its performance, but may or may not affect the performance of the system in which it is installed.
