The price of oil is increasing which means higher prices at the gas pump. Discover some of the many options that exist today that combat those high gas prices. Participants learn about past, present and future fuels and technologies for transportation. The curriculum unit, Alternative Fuel Matters for 6-12 grade is used to explore this topic. It is aligned with the Sunshine State Standards in science and mathematics. All participants receive materials and have access to hands-on equipment for use in their classrooms. Inservice credits are available.
